About this Role

Term-Time. Part Time 6 hours and 15 minutes per week, Monday to Friday 12.00pm- 1.15pm

We are seeking a friendly, creative, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our team. The role involves supervising and supporting children during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being, and helping to create a positive and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, patient, and able to work collaboratively with staff and pupils. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the school community and make a real difference in the children's day.

About You

To be a good fit for this role, you will:

Be a vital addition to our existing support team, providing valuable assistance and supervision during lunchtimes Be able to assist with playground activities and lunchtime support with groups of children where needed Actively encourage children to behave appropriately and safely during lunchtimes Have a natural ability to interact and engage with children in a kind and approachable manner
