Summary An avant-garde interior design studio is looking for an all-rounder Middle Weight Interior Designer to curate enchanting hospitality spaces. Located in the heart of London, this role involves being at the forefront of original and timeless bespoke design. This is a top 100 House and Garden design studio with a legacy of crafting personalized and sophisticated living experiences. Collaborate with a passionate team committed to redefining interiors. If you possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting bespoke interiors, this is the studio for you.

:

  • Develop and implement interior design concepts for a range of interior spaces, including hospitality, food and beverage and leisure projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop designs that meet client requirements and budgets
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their vision is realised
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that designs are executed to the highest standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD
Skills Necessary:
  • Creative mindset with a keen interest in contemporary trends in architecture and design, along with a focus on innovative materials and specifications
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
  • Capable of working independently, collaboratively within a team, or directly with directors
  • Confident with strong presentation skills in both face-to-face and virtual settings
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of detail drawing design
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical services, and drainage in design
  • In-depth knowledge of planning application requirements and processes
  • Proficient understanding of building regulations and approval procedures, coupled with excellent spoken and written English
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in interior design
