Sketch Recruitment is collaborating with a dynamic design team specialising in high-end hospitality and residential projects. At present, they are immersed in numerous hospitality projects and are in search of a skilled designer with a background to join their team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the design process. We are seeking a designer who is passionate about the intricacies of hospitality projects and has a proven track record of delivering excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget limitations.
• Create design concepts and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Use AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce detailed drawings and models.
• Working on projects from inception to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Choose and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes to enhance spaces.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to bring design visions to life.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in interior design with an impressive portfolio of completed projects.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Project management abilities with strong multitasking and skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques.
• Innovative and creative thinker with a practical problem-solving approach.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and stakeholders.
