Mid-Level Full Stack Developer- Up to \xc2\xa342k \xe2\x80\x93 Fully Remote

This a fantastic opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join a growing and dynamic company on a full-time, permanent basis, primarily working remotely from home (with occasional onsite meetings in Milton Keynes, Basildon and Nottingham).

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to \xc2\xa342000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

Overview

Due to ongoing business growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Stack Developer. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Development Manager and Team Leads and will be involved in the development and maintenance of all Web systems. You will attend sprints and scrums, manage work allocation, champion code quality, and mentor and assist others in the development team.

They ideally need an enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating requirements from technical specifications into clean, efficient, and well-documented code. You will be required to communicate professionally with other members of the development team, project stakeholders, and our test/support team.

What they do:

Along with the ongoing development and maintenance of the web applications and other systems, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Development and maintenance of the web application and systems, either in a team or working alone
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Working with front-line support and users to identify and resolve bugs in both your code and the application as a whole
  • Developing and maintaining an extended knowledge of how the system is used to help users and other staff members
  • Attending and participating in staff meetings e.g. Daily Scrum stand-ups, Design meetings, etc
  • Assisting with other tasks and projects that relate to the production, maintenance and documentation of our digital platforms as needed
Skills they are looking for:
  • Solid experience (normally would have at least 3 years) as a developer in the Microsoft stack.
  • Demonstrable experience of .Net, .Net Core, MVC, WebForms, C# and Entity Framework
  • Git or alternative source management experience
  • Experience working on business-critical web applications
  • Agile software development
  • Good SQL skills
  • Strong team player
