tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation;
Develop, negotiate, and oversee strategic supply agreements to ensure long-term value
and alignment with business goals;
Conduct in-depth market research to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing
suppliers aligned with quality, cost, and service objectives;
Analyze procurement needs across departments, prioritize requisitions, and ensure
timely execution of purchasing strategies;
Drive supplier optimization initiatives, focusing on cost reduction, continuous quality
improvement, and enhanced service levels;
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align
procurement efforts with organizational objectives and project timelines.Profile and requirements:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering;
• 4xe2x80x936 years of progressive experience in Procurement, preferably within the Electronics and/or Mechanical Manufacturing sectors;
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and decision-making skills;
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and lead procurement initiatives independently;
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on value creation and process efficiency;
• Language proficiency: Advanced command of English (C2 level xe2x80x93 written and spoken);
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude;
• Solid understanding of commercial and financial procedures related to procurement (preferred).
• Knowledge in Microsoft BC
