We're looking for a Mid-Weight Designer with strong graphic and motion design skills to join our Global Brand Studio -- Manifest's global division dedicated to brand creation, brand transformation, and design-led storytelling.
The Global Brand Studio works with ambitious organisations across the UK, US, Australia, and the Nordics to build brands with cultural impact. We're the fastest-growing part of the agency and the current Campaign Global Branding Agency of the Year. This role is perfect for a designer who loves working across brand, campaign, communications design, and wants to shape the creative output of one of the most exciting brand studios in the industry. You'll work across visual identity, motion, campaign key visuals, and creative assets that bring brands to life across every touchpoint.
What You'll Do
Design campaign and brand assets across digital, social, print, and OOH.
Create motion graphics, animated assets, and kinetic typography.
Support the rollout of new and existing visual identity systems.
Produce campaign key visuals and artwork for multiple global markets.
Translate strategic thinking into clear, compelling visual storytelling.
Build decks, mockups, and visualisations for pitches and new business.
Collaborate with designers, strategists, creatives, and producers across the Manifest network.
Work across multiple briefs, maintaining high standards of craft and delivery.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative creative culture in the studio.
Experiment with AI tools to improve creative efficiency and output.
Who You Are
A designer with strong capability in both graphic and motion design.
Confident across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Skilled in typography, layout, composition, and visual identity craft.
Insight-led and curious about how design moves culture.
Collaborative and comfortable working across markets and time zones.
Calm, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
A clear communicator who enjoys sharing ideas and receiving feedback.
Open to experimenting with new tools and technologies.
Experience working on international brands is a bonus.
