What You'll Do

Lead the deployment of AI-based process optimisation software at client sites, ensuring effective implementation and user adoption. Collaborate with client site teams (e.g., plant metallurgists, control room operators) to understand operational needs and configure solutions accordingly. Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring optimal value delivery. Act as the interface between clients and internal engineering/product teams to communicate feedback and identify improvement areas. Support regional business development through renewals, upselling, and stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For

A degree in

Metallurgical Engineering

,

Mineral Processing

,

Chemical Engineering

,

Mining Engineering

, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience

in mineral processing plant operations or technology implementation -

hands-on flotation experience

is a strong advantage. Familiarity with digital technologies in mining (AI, control systems, digital twins) is desirable. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) - a valid driving licence is required. Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. Multilingual fluency (Arabic, French, Portuguese, Spanish) is a strong plus. Proven client engagement and relationship management experience. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
