Overview

We are seeking a professional and dependable Home to School Mini Bus Driver only to operate passenger vehicles safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer service. This role involves transporting passengers along designated routes, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey. Responsibilities

Safely operate Mini buses along assigned routes, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with maintenance standards Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing excellent customer service Maintain clear communication with dispatchers regarding route progress or any issues encountered Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical concerns promptly Ensure the cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior at the start and end of shifts Follow all safety protocols, including emergency procedures and driving regulations Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts as required

Experience

Valid Full UK PSV licence with a clean driving record Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency Excellent communication skills in English, capable of interacting professionally with passengers and team members Prior experience working in roles requiring good organisational skills and punctuality Must have a valid DBS check Must have a valid drivers CPC card
