We are currently seeking a
Chauffeur Controller
to join our team atHyde Park Executive Cars
, a well-established executive transport company based in Kensington & Chelsea, London.Role:
As a Chauffeur Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings, managing driver schedules, communicating with clients and hotels, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and dispatch bookings via phone, email, and booking system Monitor chauffeur activity and job status Liaise with clients, hotels, and corporate partners Ensure efficient routing and timely service Maintain professional communication and attention to detail
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas Flexibility with working hours (day shifts & weekends) Confident in using booking software and WhatsApp Must be reliable, organised, and professional
