MINI Retail Sales Manager

The ideal applicant will not only possess previous automotive retail sales management experience but will also be able to demonstrate the skills of a compliant
Business Manager
. You'll have the ability to drive the business forward by being fully integrated within the sales process through effective enquiry management and the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

We're looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, energetic, ambitious, and a true team player. You'll be fully compliant with FCA legislation and possess excellent organisational, interpersonal, training, coaching, and negotiation skills.
The Role
Maximise vehicle sales profitability and manage all key financial and administrative duties in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance requirements.
Regularly review and monitor performance and trends within the Finance & Insurance department to identify opportunities for improvement while operating within defined guidelines and regulations.
Effectively manage, train, coach, motivate, and develop the Sales Executives to perform at an industry-leading standard.
Embrace change and consistently seek new ideas to enhance departmental performance, particularly in finance and insurance opportunities.
While the main responsibility is for the MINI brand, this role requires a team player who can fully support other Retail Sales Managers within the Centre as business needs arise, ensuring a consistent, professional, and unique experience for all customers.
Oversee the F&I customer database to identify retention and conquest opportunities, working closely with our finance partners to optimise every potential opportunity.
Maintain full FCA compliance and ensure that all customers are treated transparently and fairly at all times.
Manage and maintain the enquiry management process to ensure full adherence to company standards.
Assist the MINI Brand Manager with the general operation of the department, including new and used vehicle sales.
