We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated
Sales Executive
to join our dynamic MINI dealership team. If you've got a love for iconic design, British engineering, and creating unforgettable customer experiences, this is the role for you.What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging with customers in the showroom and online Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right MINI model Arranging and conducting test drives Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to handover Building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional aftercare Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a sales role - automotive preferred, but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for customer service and the MINI brand Self-motivation and a positive, can-do attitude Full UK driving licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 20,000.00-61,790.18 per year
