Minibus Driver
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Peggy Dodd Centre is an award winning charity that has built a reputation for providing high quality care and a stimulating environment for those living with dementia.
We are looking for someone to drive our minibus which will be collecting clients and dropping off across the Bath area. You will be supported by a member of staff from the care team throughout who will walk the client to and from the bus.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive minibus to collect people living with dementia.
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks for maintenance issues
- Ensure timely pick ups while adhering to traffic laws and regulations
- Support staff with doors/tail lift as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Driver is advantageous
- Valid Driving Licence (D1) is preferred
