We are looking to appoint a Minibus Driver on a part-time, term time only basis. The salary for this permanent post is 9,944 per annum (pro-rated from a full-time salary of 25,783 per annum). The role is 20 hours per week over 34 weeks per annum. The required hours are Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm.
Under the direction of the Transport & Logistics Manager, the successful applicant will operate the school minibuses and provide a collection and delivery service for school staff and pupils. The ideal candidate will have previous driving experience preferably gained in a school environment and will possess good interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the ability to work alone and under their own initiative. The post holder will have a full driving licence with D1 entitlement.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a flexible approach to working hours. Please note the school strictly complies with the EU Rules for Drivers' Hours.
