Valerian Court is a newly-built care home offering exceptional standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for 70 residents. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Minibus Driver to join our team. In this role, you will provide safe, comfortable, and enjoyable transport for residents to activities and outings, playing an important part in their day-to-day experience.
What We Offer
12.21 per hour
Flexible, zero-hours contract, approximately 4-5 hours once or twice per week
Pension, Paid DBS, Uniform provided

What You Will Do
As a Minibus Driver, you will ensure residents travel safely to activities and outings, making each journey a positive and enjoyable experience. You will carry out pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections, keep accurate log records, and maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle. Engaging with residents in a friendly and supportive way will help them feel comfortable, happy, and secure while travelling.
What We're Looking For
You will hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have at least 2 years of driving experience. A caring and patient attitude is essential, along with the ability to communicate positively with residents and the wider care team. Full training will be provided to support you in the role.
