Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced minibus driver with a D1 licence to join our small but growing team.

The successful candidates will be confident driving a large mini bus (sometimes with a trailer) on a variety of work.

This includes journeys to and from the Airport, Festivals, Weddings, Business events etc. We provide 24/7 services so Early, Day, Late, and Night Shifts are available however we expect some flexibility to manage job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate the minibus on all journeys.

Ensure timely departures and arrivals of the minibus according to the scheduled booking (save for traffic delays etc). Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

Perform pre-service vehicle checks on the minibus to ensure it is in good working condition.

Maintain a clean and presentable bus at all times.

Provide excellent customer service to all our passengers. This includes maintaining communications and using the driver mobile app to update your job status.

Requirements

Aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.

Valid D1 Driving Licence

Valid Drivers Card (for Tacho Purposes) - We can help you obtain one.

Valid CPC Card - We can help you with continued entitlement.

Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.

Punctuality and reliability.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
