Minibus Driver
Job Description
We're looking for a minibus driver to support 2 homes within the Leigh- on-sea area.we are a Residential and Dementia care home .
They will work with the team at each site to facilitate planned events, day trips, and short outings to local shops and restaurants.
part of the job will also be to help push a wheelchair on day trips
We're looking for somebody with great people skills and a flexible approach.
Good organisation skills will also be key, as you will need to manage your diary for bookings across the homes you'll support.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and tidy and completing monthly vehicle checks to ensure any issues or defects are reported.
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expenses will be met by the applicant. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults.
All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
Experience / Qualification:
MUST have Category D1 on your driving license to drive a Minibus.
Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
