We're on the hunt for a reliable, friendly, and safety-conscious Mini Bus Driver to be part of our adventurous, fun-loving team here at Bearded Men Adventures Ltd in the heart of Llangollen. As the wheels behind the adventure, you'll play a key role in delivering unforgettable experiences to our clients by getting them safely to and from their activities - with a smile, of course.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any issues. Driving our 17-seater minibus, transporting clients to and from various outdoor adventure activities across North Wales. Assisting the Trip Leaders and Head Guide to plan daily logistics. Ensuring the minibus is kept clean and tidy throughout the day and left spotless for the next day's adventures. Following all Tachograph regulations and adhering to the Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive at all times. Being on-call between sessions for any emergency pick-ups or last-minute changes. Pitching in with small tasks around the centre to keep operations running smoothly. Offering great customer service - you'll be a friendly, helpful face for our clients throughout their adventure.

What We're Looking For

Must have a D1 category on your driving licence and experience driving minibuses. Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification and understanding of Tachograph usage (Digital Tachograph Card required). Knowledge and compliance with: EU Drivers' Hours Regulations Working Time Directive for Mobile Workers A clean driving record and a proactive approach to safety and maintenance. Excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour. A flexible team player who's happy to get stuck in and help out wherever needed.
