Job Introduction

East Durham College is seeking a detail-oriented and organised

MIS & Exams Coordinator

to join our Data Management and Examinations team. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of student data and exam processes across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage student enrolments, fee assessments, and funding validation. Register learners and submit entries with awarding bodies. Coordinate exam timetables, invigilators, and room bookings. Process certificates, results, and post-results services. Support curriculum staff and maintain course data. Ensure compliance with college policies and relevant legislation.

What We're Looking For:



GCSEs (A-C / 4+) in English and Maths. Strong administrative experience and attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Knowledge of GDPR, safeguarding, and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:



Experience with ProSolution and ESFA funding rules. Understanding of JCQ exam regulations.
