Are you ready to lead transformative change in HR technology and data services? The University of Chester is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking MIS Manager to join our Management Information Systems team within Human Resources.

In this pivotal role, you'll drive the delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned HR systems and data services. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our HR technology--enhancing system capabilities, implementing impactful improvements, and leading digital and value-added changes. Your expertise in reporting, HR analytics, and statutory compliance will support data-driven decision-making across the University.

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader who embraces innovation and drives change.. You will manage and develop a talented MIS team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with our strategic goals.

What we're looking for:

- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in a systems leadership role.

- Proven experience with HR information systems and reporting tools.

Strong understanding of HR data governance, statutory reporting requirements and GDPR compliance.

- Experience in leading teams or project-based work, with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation.

- A passion for using data to drive people-focused insights and organisational success.
