Job Overview

To ensure the accurate and efficient mixing of dry blend materials in accordance with production schedules, safety standards, and quality control requirements.

Responsibilities

Receive and verify deliveries of raw materials, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with quality standards. Accurately document the usage of raw materials in the production process. Conduct routine testing of raw materials and blended products, recording all results in line with quality control procedures. Load raw materials into appropriate bins and silos, maintaining accurate stock rotation and handling protocols. Monitor the operation of the mixing plant to ensure continuous, safe, and effective performance. Perform regular quality checks on dry blend materials, maintaining detailed and accurate records. Maintain a clean and safe working environment through consistent housekeeping practices. Promptly report any equipment breakdowns, material leakages, or other operational issues to the Mixing Plant Manager.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within a mixing or blending operation. Familiarity with raw material handling, testing procedures, and production documentation is advantageous. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
