Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking two talented individuals with a passion for hospitality. We have cocktail events across the highlands, ranging from weddings, engagements, birthdays etc. Drivers license and vehicle is required. Work is mostly Saturdays and dine Friday. There are weekends off.
Duties
Prepare and serve our cocktail menu. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about our menu. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Perform basic mathematical calculations for drink recipes and inventory management.
Experience
Previous experience is desirable. Training will be provided. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and create memorable experiences. Basic math skills for managing inventory and drink recipes effectively. A passion for mixology and a willingness to learn new techniques and trends in the industry. Pay: 16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
