Overview

We are seeking a talented and personable Mixologist to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative cocktails and delivering exceptional customer service in a lively bar or restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage stock levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems Ensure adherence to licensing laws and health & safety regulations at all times Assist in creating new cocktail menus and promotional events to enhance guest experience Demonstrate knowledge of food safety procedures and responsible alcohol service

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or food service roles is preferred, especially within a bar or restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable Strong skills in serving drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and multitask efficiently Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele Experience with restaurant operations or similar environments will be considered an advantage
