Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and create personalised drink experiences. Maintain an organised bar area, including cleaning and restocking supplies as necessary. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain efficiency without compromising quality. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and cocktail techniques to enhance the beverage menu.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or mixology within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage preparation. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for managing drink recipes, measuring ingredients, and handling cash transactions.
