Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate bartender / mixologist to join our team.

you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and beverages while providing outstanding service to our guests. Your creativity and knowledge of mixology will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every drink served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks. Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer any questions regarding the drink menu. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining records of sales.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending and mixology is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure while providing exceptional customer service. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.
Generous TRONC system in addition to basic pay.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
