Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Organise training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate supplies.
Address any operational issues promptly, implementing solutions as necessary.
Prepare reports on area performance metrics and present findings to senior management.
Foster a culture of safety by ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.
