About the Role

We Clean Group is looking for a reliable and flexible Mobile Cleaner to join our Glasgow team.

This is a permanent position supporting our Area Supervisors and Operations team by covering cleaning shifts across multiple sites. You'll play a key role in keeping our service running smoothly by stepping in during staff holidays, sickness, and new contract setups. No two days will be the same - perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working across different environments.

Key Details

13.20 per hour Minimum 120 hours per month (approximately 30 hours per week) Working hours will vary between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend work may be required) Permanent contract with guaranteed minimum hours Company vehicle and fuel provided

Key Responsibilities

Provide cleaning cover at short notice for staff sickness, holidays, and emergencies Support the mobilisation of new cleaning contracts Distribute cleaning supplies and consumables to various sites Assist Area Supervisors with audits and help maintain site standards Support the training and induction of new cleaning staff Communicate with on-site teams and clients to ensure satisfaction Report maintenance or hygiene issues directly to management
This is a high-responsibility role that plays a vital part in supporting our Area Supervisors and ensuring consistent service delivery across the business.

What We're Looking For

A full UK driving licence (a company vehicle is provided) Flexibility to travel across Edinburgh and surrounding areas Ability to pass a Basic Disclosure check Attention to detail, good communication skills, and reliability Experience in commercial or domestic cleaning is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
