Key Responsibilities

(depending on your trade)

Kitchen and bathroom installations Plumbing repairs and leak detection Electrical upgrades Boiler servicing Tiling, flooring, painting and decorating Driveway and patio pressure washing General domestic property maintenance Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment Interact with clients in a friendly, respectful manner

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in domestic/residential work Own tools, equipment, and reliable transport Relevant trade qualifications (CSCS, Gas Safe, NICEIC, etc.) Public Liability Insurance (minimum 1M) CIS registered with a UTR number Right to work in the UK Professional, client-facing attitude Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
