Job Summary: Cleaner

As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our clients. Reporting directly to the Cleaning supervisors, you will be part of a exciting opportunity to expand into exciting new adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, providing training and support to staff as needed.

- Time Management: Be punctual, and be able to coordinate with the Cleaning Manager and clients to meet specific requirements and deadlines.

- Reporting: Report any incidents, damages, or maintenance issues to the Cleaning Manager and ensure timely resolution.

- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the Cleaning Manager, clients, and team members.

Requirements:

- Proven experience within the cleaning or facilities management industry.

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

- Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.

- Perform cleaning tasks to high standards

Skills
- Proficient in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to drive may be advantageous for certain locations
- Strong customer service skills to interact with colleagues
- Good communication skills to report issues and work effectively as part of a team

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
