We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, presentable, and safe for clients and staff. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in designated areas including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests effectively.
Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Report to manager on a daily basis to let them know how jobs went and if anything extra is required.
Completing reports via software, training will be provided.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
