We are looking for a

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

to join Equans on our Southern Water contracts. This is a full-time, permanent job. You will get a

As a

Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

, you will manage cleaning teams across different sites. You will make sure high standards are kept and step in with hands-on cleaning when needed.

Main duties:

Supervise and support cleaning teams Plan rotas and arrange cover for sickness or holidays Check standards and complete regular site inspections Train new staff and keep records up to date Order and manage cleaning stock and equipment Deal with issues quickly and professionally Carry out cleaning tasks yourself when needed

What we need from you:

Experience supervising cleaning teams (5 years or more is ideal) Good people skills - able to lead and motivate staff Confident using computers (Microsoft Office, emails, data entry) Able to plan work and keep to budgets Willing to be hands-on and set a good example
