We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team at Fidelis based in Birmingham but covering the wider West Midlands And Gloucester regions. This role is vital in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, contributing directly to our mission of providing exceptional property services.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas to ensure a hygienic environment Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Report any maintenance issues or hazards observed during cleaning Assist with special cleaning projects as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or schedules.
