Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, including commercial spaces and clients homes. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients and guests to ensure their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their surroundings. You must also be pet friendly and able to treat clients pets as family

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and guest rooms. And all aspects of a clients home Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or functions as required.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or domestic environments is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is advantageous.
