Pulse Management is a family business based in London providing maintenance services to commercial and retail properties, we are fortunate to work with some of the UK's Top High Street brands.

What are we looking for:

A Fabric Engineer with a high level of decorating skills to join our team immediately on a CIS basis. You will be a part of our maintenance team carrying out planned & reactive maintenance works, as well as refurbishment projects. Your typical working week will consist of three-to-four-night shifts, in which you may be required to visit more than one site within each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a maintenance service that is of the highest quality, so all our clients stores and cafes continue to look good and function well Take ownership of work, always aiming for 'First Time Fix' on all jobs Have the ability to review work on site and identify the most efficient methods of repairing/maintaining Have excellent organisational skills, time management and the highest attention to detail Must be able and willing to follow instructions and report back to Pulse office team through Maintenance Management System on all jobs allocated to them and in a timely manner Must have a "Work Hard, Can Do" attitude Ensure all health and safety policies, regulations & statutory requirements are strictly followed Collecting materials and supplies once a week for upcoming jobs Being able to work Night Shifts; these can vary from 4-8-hours shifts and can be allocated between the hours 16:00-04:00 depending on the business needs Have the willingness to participate in working out of hours/overtime To always maintain the highest standards of appearance/personal presentation while visiting all sites

Qualifications and experience:

At least 5 years of experience Possess additional trade skills to allow completion of General Property Maintenance work, inc. Carpentry, Joinery, Decorating, Minor Electrical & Plumbing Excellent communication skills both verbally and through email Current holder of a CSCS card is preferable but not essential Full driving license Have your own vehicle

Pay: 25.00-35.00 per hour
