Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems in accordance with company standards. Diagnose faults and malfunctions, providing timely solutions to ensure optimal performance. Install new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines. Maintain accurate records of service performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed and provide recommendations for future maintenance. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually enhance technical skills.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving licence is essential for travel between job sites. Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is advantageous. Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering would be beneficial but are not mandatory.
