The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Mobile Maintenance Plumber

to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings in Birmingham and the West Midlands.

You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, completing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all works are carried out safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

PPM (planned preventative maintenance)

and

reactive plumbing repairs

across commercial sites. Diagnose and fix faults in hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitary installations. Install, repair, and maintain pipework, valves, and fixtures. Respond to emergency call-outs as required. Complete accurate job reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Water Regulations. Work independently or as part of a wider maintenance team.

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing & Heating. Previous experience in a

commercial maintenance

or

facilities management

environment. Full, clean UK driving licence (company van provided). Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites. Positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving ability.

36,000 - 38,000 per year
