Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to diagnose and repair various types of machinery and vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety standards. The Mechanic will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that all equipment is maintained in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and vehicles to identify issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tyre rotations. Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment. Repair or replace faulty parts and components as necessary. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times. Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Experience

Previous experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive technology or mechanical engineering are advantageous.
