JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a great opportunity for a relief cleaner to cover holidays/sickness in the Swansea and surrounding area

A full, clean driving license is required. Own transport is essential, with the potential for future use of a company vehicle. Flexibility is necessary due to the nature of the role. The working hours are Monday to Friday, primarily in the evenings from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., but there may also be morning shifts, typically between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

We would love for you to come on board with cleaning experience, but if not, please do not worry! Full training can be provided for any candidate who has a willingness to learn.

Job Purpose

To carry out the cleaning duties assigned to you by your Area Supervisor to a high standard and ensure the building is left in a clean and orderly condition.

As a relief cleaner you will be required to cover various buildings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1.

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the commercial building or area you are allocated

2.

General commercial cleaning duties include damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising hard surfaces

3.

Setting up the stock cupboard, including ordering stock

4.

Maintaining cleaning equipment to a high standard

5.

Transporting waste to the assigned areas

6.

Securing a building following the completion of the clean
