About the Role

We are looking for motivated and experienced

Duty Managers

to join our Mobile Security Operations team. This is a

hands-on leadership role

, working closely with Mobile Security Officers to ensure a professional, reliable, and responsive service for our clients.

You'll bring strong experience in

Keyholding, Alarm Response and Mobile Patrols

, with the confidence to lead from the front and keep operations running smoothly around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily and nightly operations, ensuring efficient patrol deployment and alarm response. Plan workloads, manage resources and supervise officers to maintain service excellence. Carry out performance reviews, mentor staff and support training and development. Oversee key processes: key management, vehicle safety checks, compliance and staff welfare. Act as first point of contact for clients - attending site visits, meetings, surveys and risk assessments. Undertake operational duties, including inspections, access requests, lock/unlocks and alarm call-outs. Handle calls, update records and maintain accurate operational databases. Promote a positive, professional and proactive team environment.

What We're Looking For

Proven background in

mobile security operations

(5 years preferred). Valid

SIA Frontline Licence

. Full

UK manual driving licence

. Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office). Physically fit - able to work on foot, from a vehicle or in an office. Excellent presentation and professionalism. Self-motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of service delivery.

Working Hours

12-hour rolling rota:

4 days ? 4 off ? 4 nights ? 4 off. Shifts:

06:30-18:30 (days)

18:30-06:30 (nights)

. Must be available for

days, nights, weekends and bank holidays

Additional Requirements

Fluent in written and spoken English. Eligible to work in the UK. 5-year checkable work/background history required.
