Leeds & Yorkshire Area

Core Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Service Delivery



Work as part of a team in & around the Leeds & surrounding areas, delivering routine PPMs to varying M&E services Perform water hygiene monitoring, emergency lighting testing amongst various other duties Complete ongoing minor repairs to the commercial properties within the portfolio Take ownership of areas (including all plant rooms) under JLL control, ensuring they are brought up to and maintained to the required show site standards

Reporting & Documentation



Complete planned servicing & reactive reports, ensuring that significant events or activities are noted Effectively communicate findings to JLL FM team and management Efficiently and effectively complete eLog books Work Orders that have been allocated Ensure that Work Orders have been acknowledged and completed within SLA

Health & Safety Compliance



Actively participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities Complete Hazard/Near Miss Reporting as required Regular attendance and completion of scheduled Toolbox Talks

Supply Chain Management



Liaise with the supply chain when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Technical Qualifications



City & Guilds / NVQ L3 / Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Background knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems & safety is essential Previous experience within the commercial sector would be preferred but not essential

Personal Skills



Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation Good IT and report writing skills * Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints
