Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with mobile phones, accessories, and basic repairs
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
Handle sales, billing, and daily shop operations
Maintain shop cleanliness and product displays
Answer customer queries confidently in English
Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge of
mobile phone repairs, accessories, and mobile shop operations
Previous experience in
customer care or retail
(preferred)
Good
English communication skills
(spoken & understanding)
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
7 days a week
For students:
Working days/hours are
negotiable
