Working Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

40 Hours per Week - Over 7 Days - Mainly Monday - Friday although some weekend work may be required to cover sickness etc.

Company Vehicle - Included.

MJM are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Mobile Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and to also carry out cleaning out cleaning for the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a have some sort of background management. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular site audits to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met. Train and induct all new staff to company standards, including COSHH and H&S procedures. Monitor and evaluate staff performance; provide feedback, coaching, and support. Perform hands-on cleaning duties when needed to support the team or cover absence. Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and order chemicals and equipment as required. Ensure all equipment is well maintained, serviced, and in good working condition. Use Slack and other internal communication tools to manage updates, team discussions, and urgent issues. Report issues and maintain cleaning standards through pictures/videos for internal documentation and audits. Act as a point of contact for client queries and feedback. Attend site visits and client meetings to ensure expectations are being met. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service quality. Excellent organisation skills.
