Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

Install products according to specifications and industry standards. Installation of platform lifts, stairlifts (desirable), hoists (desirable), and through-floor lifts Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and address any concerns. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the installation process. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations, providing solutions in a timely manner. Complete necessary documentation related to installations and report progress to management. Carrying out repairs, servicing, and routine maintenance as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driving licence is a must for travel between sites. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation processes is beneficial. Willingness to travel regularly to London (expenses covered) and occasionally work further afield
