About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Installer's Mate

to join our growing installation team, supporting the installation of

platform lifts, TFL, step lifts, and accessibility equipment

across domestic and commercial projects.

As an Installer's Mate, you'll work closely with experienced engineers on-site to assist in the delivery, installation, and commissioning of lift systems to the highest safety and quality standards.

No lift experience is required --

a strong electrical or mechanical background

is essential, and

full training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

Assisting lead installers to install, test, and commission lift systems according to specifications and company guidelines. Supporting with site preparation, delivery of materials, and basic assembly tasks. Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed on-site. Using power tools and equipment under supervision. Maintaining a clean and organised working area. Occasional overnight stays will be required. Provide exceptional customer service Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation.
Skills & Experience

Strong experience in

construction, electrical, mechanical

skills is essential. No lift experience required -

full training provided

. CSCS card (preferred). Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, is essential. Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team. Commitment to safety and quality at all times. Strong problem-solving skills Motivated and eager to learn Previous experience in a similar installation role is preferred but not essential.
