Key Responsibilities of this role



Drive the mobility vehicle for visitors who require assistance accessing the Castle. Perform banks person duties, ensuring a safe route through the Castle for the mobility cars and any other vehicle needing to access the inner areas. Provide a world class welcome and direct visitors as appropriate upon their arrival at Edinburgh Castle and during their visit. Complete daily checks on the vehicles, taking vehicles out for service runs and refueling. Log any issues or faults with vehicles and reporting to line manager. Assist other teams within the Castle, as and when required, moving stock, deliveries or other items from one location to another. Working in all weathers in a fast-paced environment amongst a high volume of visitors.
