Contract Type: Temporary for 18 months
Salary: FC4 - 50% salary of xc2xa324,890.91 to xc2xa327,807.17 will be paid for the first 9 months, increasing to 80% after. Unsocial hours will be paid at basic rate plus 1/3 hourly rate.
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week
Location: Based in one of our 8 Residential Care homes in Fife (Preference of location will be discussed at interview stage)

Part 1 - you will receive an induction and training across a range of themes to support you to learn the skills you need to do the job well. You will be supported to apply to the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) to gain your professional registration.
Part 2- you will be supported to go to college weekly as part of your working duties to study a qualification required for your professional registration.
Part 3- you will complete your qualification and receive support to consider your next steps in a career in health and social care which may include continuing further education to diploma or degree level or to secure a permanent position in any of the roles available.
