As a key member of a small, high-performing IT team, you will help drive Pioneer's Technology and Data Strategy, working across the full technology stack--from modern workplace solutions and endpoint management to network configuration, security enhancement, and user support.

What you'll bring:

Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and compliance/security features. Experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering roles. Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-300, or MD-102) or willingness to pursue them. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a non-technical way. A curious mindset, a willingness to learn and a drive to make technology work better for people.

Does this sound like your kind of challenge? Start 2026 by joining a team where your ideas matter.
