We are currently recruiting for a

MOJ Portal Legal Assistant

to join our fantastic team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

As part of the MOJ Portal team which is rapidly expanding we are looking for someone who will preferably have previous Fee Earning experience working on files with personal injury and credit hire within the MOJ portal. This experience is preferred but not essential, and we will gladly welcome candidates who display drive and determination to learn.

Responsibilities to include:



Receive files at the point of an admission of liability

Instructing medicals, reviewing financial losses

Assessing all medical reports and losses for claim progression

Collate special damages

Calculation of loss of earnings claims

Submission of settlement packs

Dealing with communications from clients and defendants

Recovery of any vehicle related damages and credit hire

Any other duties assigned by your team leader

The role is office based, Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.

Overtime is available and paid in addition to core hours.
