Job Description
This vacancy is:
open to people who are qualified to deliver debt advice or are keen to receive training to qualify,
hybrid - a mix of community, office-based work, and home working,
full or part-time.
If you are empathetic with excellent people / communication skills, organised and with an aptitude for learning then we want to hear from you.
Working as part of an experienced team, this role will support people in the local community through the provision of holistic Money, Debt and Budgeting Advice, including income maximisation.
The postholder will deliver services within a quality assured framework and the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority.
This role will be suitable for someone that has excellent people and communication skills, with an aptitude for learning and an ability to complete the adviser training programme within the learning framework timetable.
The development pathway for this role leads to an accredited debt adviser qualification, up to authorised Debt Relief Order intermediary status.
