Join Our Montessori & Forest School Team at Green Twigs Nursery!

Location: Chiswick, W4
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Term-time, Full-time

Are you passionate about child-led learning, outdoor exploration, and nurturing young minds?
At Green Twigs Montessori and Forest School, we blend Montessori principles with the wonder of nature to offer children an inspiring, hands-on learning experience. We're looking for a Montessori Teacher or Forest School Practitioner to join our dedicated team.

What We're Looking For

Montessori qualification (preferred) or EYFS Level 3 (minimum)

Alternatively, Forest School Level 3 with EYFS Level 3

Strong understanding of the EYFS and a genuine passion for outdoor, child-led education

Creativity, enthusiasm, and the right to work in the UK

What We Offer

Flexible term-time hours:

- Monday-Friday, 8:15 am-1:30 pm, or

- Tuesday-Thursday, until 5:30 pm (includes Forest School after-school clubs)

Support and funding for Montessori or Forest School training

Key teacher role.

Paid DBS check, optional pension scheme, and a relaxed, nature-inspired dress code

A supportive, community-focused team and regular staff social events

Competitive salary (above NMW), paid overtime, and pro-rata holiday entitlement
