The Moog Technical Product Specialist educates, inspires, and supports musicians, partners, and internal teams by translating complex product information and concepts into engaging content and actionable product knowledge. This role promotes Moog's sonic legacy while driving adoption of current and future products through world?class education, demos, and user?focused product development input.###
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute educational content and campaigns to attract new customers and deepen engagement with existing users.
Self?produce and direct Moog product demo libraries that showcase real?world musical applications.
Deliver live and virtual product demonstrations for distributors, retailers, artists, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
Lead sales?training sessions and pre?launch briefings for partners, press, and key creators.
Author complete product manuals, quick?start guides, and firmware release notes in collaboration with the product and design teams.
Collaborate with copywriters to ensure brand?consistent language across all Moog product materials.
Validate and beta?test new hardware and software products, providing diagnostic feedback and prioritized issues.
Develop and maintain factory presets, patch sheets, and additional preset?pack drops for hardware and software synthesizers.
Contribute to concept and sound?design for new products as the voice of the end user.
Uphold Moog's brand heritage, ensuring new products, documentation, and videos honor the company's legacy.
Advise sales, marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to maintain a unified brand identity.
Serve as on?site technical specialist at trade shows and special events, fostering relationships with superfans, artists, and industry partners.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Deep understanding of analog and digital synthesis and hands?on experience with Moog instruments.
Skilled educator and storyteller with the ability to translate technical topics into accessible language.
Strong project?management skills with the ability to self?produce audio/video content and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable presenting to large and small audiences in person and online.
Collaborative mindset with proven ability to align cross?functional teams around a common goal.
Analytical thinker who provides structured feedback to engineering teams.
Willingness to travel 15-20 % annually for trade shows, training, and events.
5+ years working with synthesizers or pro?audio products in a product specialist, sound?design, or technical support role.
Demonstrated experience writing technical documentation and producing educational multimedia content.
Bachelor's degree in Music Technology, Audio Engineering, or related field--or equivalent practical experience.
